The MIS100 is a half-day seminar presenting for the first time to the public the results of the 2009 MIS100 report, the annual profile of the 100 biggest ICT users in New Zealand.
Now in its 12th year, the MIS100 report is the flagship edition of CIO New Zealand magazine and reveals the current strategies and future directions of the 100 largest technology users. The organisations are ranked based on screen count, financial turnover and staff numbers.
The seminar starts with an overview by Rob O’Neill, Computerworld editor and former senior analyst of Fairfax Business Research, of the findings of the survey. This year’s report is made more relevant by an analysis of the impact of the economic slowdown on the MIS100 organisations’ budgets, ICT projects and staffing levels.
At the MIS100 event, attendees will hear from CIOs of this country’s largest IT departments and will also take a look at both the evolution of enterprise IT in New Zealand and its future.
