With 3300 clients across New Zealand and Australia, Gen-i aims to become Australasia’s leading ICT services provider, focusing on service delivery and margin maturity.
This year, Gen-i signed several new contracts, which contributed to the company’s stellar Q4 results, with $446 million client new business recorded.
Mobility systems through Telecom’s new XT WCDMA network have been a key driver for several new clients for Gen-i this year. The company continues to invest in its people, processes and technology and this year achieved ITIL 2.0 certification.
In June 2009, it consolidated several case management systems across the business onto a single platform, called Gen-i Service Centre, to seamlessly manage all client service requests.
The company says its customers leverage their expertise in converged systems with fixed and mobile technologies to deliver greater business efficiencies and increase productivity, as well as boost customer responsiveness.
