The Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) has announced it has signed a contract with Datacom for its ICT services.

Services covered under the new agreement include desktop support, service desk, server management and service integration.

"ACC looks forward to establishing and developing what is an extremely important, strategic relationship with our new service delivery partner,” says Paul Jepson, ACC CIO.

This agreement replaces the current one with Gen-i.

ACC is one of the largest IT users in New Zealand, ranking number 27 in this year’s MIS100.

The 128-member IT team manages more than 6300 screens.

re Almost there... And your point is what? That there's a problem with ACC or that Govt agencies running RFPs risk changing suppliers as a result?
