WHO IS ITCRA

HOW LONG HAS ITCRA BEEN OPERATING?

Information Technology Contract & Recruitment Association (ITCRA) was established in 1998 to raise the professionalism of recruitment in the IT Industry.

WHAT SERVICES DOES ITCRA PROVIDE?

Government & Industry Advocacy and Lobbying- ITCRA works closely with its members to represent their interests and concerns to government and industry. This includes representation over procurement and transitioning issues.

Certification- ITCRA has developed the ITCRA Certified Recruitment Professional program to ensure best practice and adherence to the Code of Conduct. The program is made up of face to face and online training modules that provide a meaningful strategy for upholding ethical work practices at the ‘coal face’, where recruitment consultants interact with clients, candidates and competitors.
